Using the Tag Explorer
Tag/Plot Configuration
To add tags to the selected chart, click on the Add Tag
button on the toolbar. You'll be presented with a dialog where you
can select which tags you wish to add to the chart.

Select which tags you would like to add to the chart, click on
the arrow pointing to right and confirm your choice by clicking on
OK.
If you mistakenly select a tag for addition, you can revert the
selection by clicking on the tag in the Selected Tags
section of the dialog and using the arrow pointing to left button.
You can add up to twelve tags to a single chart. If you wish to
monitor more than twelve tags, you can use multiple charts.
You can quickly view a list of tags belonging to a chart by
clicking on the "+" button in front of the chart name in the Chart
List. Using this list, you can also configure tag-specific
properties. Select a tag from the list, then click on
Tag Properties(or right-click the tag entry and select
Tag Properties in the context menu). You will be presented
with detailed tag configuration dialog:

You can customize the following parameters:

Average Points: Number of points used to calculate partial
averages.

Line Width: Width of the line for this tag in the chart.

Line Style: Style of the line for this tag in the chart(solid,
dash- dot, dash-dash-dot).

Line Color: Color of the line for this tag in the chart.

Tag Alarm: Threshold to trigger an alarm.

Deadband specifies an acceptable oscillation range to prevent
false alarms from being triggered.
