Access data from remote servers/workstations.
First, you should make sure that the remote machine IP Address is correct. After that, you should check whether you have permission to WMI Data from the machine.
1) Open the Computer Management snap-in (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools), right-click the WMI subsystem icon and click Properties. WMI Subsystem Icon - Computer Management
2) Select the Security tab to view a list of available WMI namespaces. Select the ROOT\CIMV2 namespace and click the Security button. WMI Namespace Browsw - Computer Management
3) Add the user account to be used and check the "Remote Enable" box. WMI Namespace Security - Computer Management
4) Change the computer configuration on XR PerfMon Tools Frontend to use the same user account and password. PerfMon Tools Frontend - User Account Setup
To authenticate domain username
If you use a Workgroup Domain, check if you use "YOUDOMAIN\login" in "WMI Auth Username" and check if you enter de correct password in "WMI Auth Password". Right-click in device and check this values em "Computer Properties".
