       XRatel Health Analyst

 

 

bullet Q: What is XRatel Health Analyst?

A: XRatel Health Analyst is a powerful tool used to check system and devices Health. It connects to XRatel Historian Server and uses save data to plot Health charts of the system, group or device. Using it you can even verify you system alarms and check OPC Server configuration. See more.

 

bullet Q: How can I configure alarms?

A: You can configure alarms using XRatel Server Config. See Probe Setting.

 

bullet Q: Is it possible to change Health configuration?

A: Yes it is. The device Health is calculated using several parameters configured in Device Properties, on XRatel Server Config. If an device or interface presents errors, you can remove it from overall system health calculation. See more in Device Properties help.

 

bullet Q: What is Network Health? And Computer Health?

A: Network Health is a concept used in XRatel to calculate the whole health using SNMP health probes while Computer Health uses WMI health probes.

 

bullet Q: How can I exclude a device Health from overall system Health?

A: You must configure it on Device Properties on XRatel Server Config. See more.

 

bullet Q: What does the symbol "!" means?

A: The symbol "!" means that you health is in Yellow limit defined in Device Properties.See more.
