A: XRatel Probe Explorer is an application used to plot charts. It uses XRatel Historian Service database to collect data from and build instantly charts of configure probes. Using it you can visualize probes values variation and compare different probe's values, connecting with localhost or even with a remote host. With XRatel Probe Explorer you can even check system's alarms and real-time probe's values. See more.
A: Probably XRatel OPC Server are not collecting data. Check if you have configured the device correctly verifying usernames, passwords, communities and versions. You can also check if the device is on or if it is working correctly.
A: This message means that or the database is empty or that any data is coming from XRatel OPC Server. Check if you have configured all correctly.
A: Yes, you can. There are many ways to do it: you can save it to an specific type of file using Save Chart button. You can export the values to an CSV file or also copy the graph to clipboard.
A: Yes, you can. Just click on Add new Panel button on Home Tab and inform host Name/IP. A new panel will open in a new tab. You can also organize all panels docking them on the screen. See more.
